SEO, GEO & AEO optimized websites

Your reviews are five stars.
Your website is losing you customers.

I build fast, mobile-first websites for local businesses, then make sure they actually show up when somebody searches for what you do. Not just on Google, but in the AI answers people increasingly ask instead. Based in Salt Lake City and working with clients anywhere.

Sites from $400. No sales pitch, and I send you the actual findings whether or not you hire me.

Who I work with

Any local business that needs the phone to ring

The problems are the same whether you install furnaces or cut hair: people search, they find you, and something on the way to calling you breaks. I work with local businesses in any city. Recent and current work includes.

Plumbers & HVAC Electricians Roofers & exteriors Landscapers Salons & barbers Restaurants & cafes Auto repair & detailing Cleaning services Gyms & studios Clinics & dental Movers & storage Real estate

Not on the list? It almost certainly still applies. Ask and I will tell you straight whether a new site would actually help your business or not.

What I actually find

The problems costing you calls

These are real issues I find on local business websites around Salt Lake every week. Most owners have no idea any of them are happening, because the site looks fine on the computer in the back office.

  • "Not secure" warning. No SSL certificate, so Chrome flags your site before anyone reads a word. Google ranks it lower too.
  • Broken on phones. Most people looking for a local business are on a phone, standing in a parking lot or on the couch, not sitting at a desk.
  • Dead links in the menu. Your Services page goes nowhere. Every visitor who clicks it leaves.
  • No website on your Google listing. You rank on Maps, people tap through, and there is nothing to tap.
  • Slow load times. Three seconds and half your traffic is gone before the page paints.
  • No way to reach you. No quote form, no click-to-call, no address. Just a phone number they have to retype.

What I do

Built to get found, built to convert

A website is not a brochure. For a local business it is a machine with one job: turn somebody searching at 9pm into a booked appointment or a phone call.

Local SEO

On-page structure, service pages, and schema markup so Google understands exactly what you do and where you do it.

Google Business Profile

The single highest-leverage thing for any local business, and only the owner can edit it. I tell you exactly what to fix: categories, service areas, hours, photos, and the website link.

Mobile-first design

Designed on a phone screen first, because that is where your customers are. Click-to-call in the thumb zone on every page.

Speed

No bloated page builders, no heavy themes. Just the page itself, so it opens quickly even on a weak signal, which customers feel and Google rewards.

SSL & security

Proper certificate, security headers, automatic renewal. Your site never shows a warning to a customer.

Tracking that matters

You see how many people called or requested a quote from the site. Not vanity metrics. Actual jobs.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Free audit

I go through your current site and Google listing and send you a plain-English list of what is broken and what it is costing you. Yours to keep either way.

  2. Fixed quote

One number, in writing, before any work starts. No hourly billing and no scope creep.

  3. Build

Most sites go live in one to two weeks. You review it on a private link and tell me what to change before anyone else sees it.

  4. Launch and measure

I handle the domain, the certificate, and the Google setup. Then I show you the numbers 30 days in.

Common questions

What local business owners ask me

How much does a small business website cost?

You build it up from a base rather than pick a tier. A one page site where you supply the text and photos is $400. Each extra page is $200, and $100 once you pass ten. If you want me to write the copy, that is $500, or $300 to tidy your notes; photos I source and edit run $150 to $300. Getting you found on Google and AI assistants, with SEO, schema and Search Console, is $350. So a typical five page site with the copy written and SEO handled comes to about $2,050, and a full ten page site around $3,350. Fixing an existing site instead is $400 flat. A content plan, photo gallery and FAQ section come included. I am building my portfolio, so the next three clients take 25% off the whole total. Every build includes hosting setup and an SSL certificate, and you get one fixed number in writing before any work starts. The price tool gives you your exact figure.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most sites go live in one to two weeks, and a repair on an existing site is usually done in two or three days. The pace depends less on the building than on the material: how quickly I can get photos from you, and if I am writing your copy, how soon we can sit down for the interview. Clients who have those ready are usually live inside a week.

Why is my website not showing up on Google?

For a local business it is almost always one of three things: your Google Business Profile is incomplete or missing a website link, your site loads slowly or breaks on phones, or it has no pages targeting the services people actually search for. All three are fixable, and the free audit tells you which one is hurting you.

Do I need a website if I already have a Facebook page?

A Facebook page alone limits you. It does not appear the same way in Google results, you do not control it, and many customers over 40 will not book through it. The two work best together, with your site as the place every listing points to.

What areas do you serve?

Anywhere in the US. I am based in Salt Lake City, and local customers get first priority, but the work itself is done remotely so where you are does not change what I can build. Most of my clients I have never met in person.

Will you also handle hosting and the domain?

Yes, and both end up in your name rather than mine. You buy the domain, which runs about $15 a year, on your own account. The hosting sits on a free plan in an account you own, so there is no monthly hosting bill from me or from anyone else. I set both up, connect them, and install the security certificate, which then renews itself. If we ever stop working together, all of it comes with you and none of it needs my permission.

Pricing

Priced like a job, not a mystery

No tiers to squeeze yourself into. You start with a single page and add only the pieces you actually need, so every dollar has a reason next to it. If you already have your words and photos, you pay for pages and nothing else. Here is the whole menu.

Not sure where you land? Most businesses start somewhere near one of these.

One-Pager

$400$300

A single page, built from the words and photos you already have. Perfect for a one-person business.

Small Business

$2,050$1,537

About five pages, all the copy written for you, and everything needed to get found on Google.

Full Presence

$3,350$2,512

Around ten pages, the copy written and photos handled, and local SEO across the whole site.
